staq is hiring an E-Commerce Development Manager in Dundalk, Co. Louth. This full-time, office-based role focuses on growing online sales, developing new marketplace partnerships, and delivering end-to-end online projects.

You will work across marketing, support, operations and product teams to optimise the customer journey, leverage data for decisions, and drive revenue growth in international markets.

• Commercially aware with a passion for online retail and growing digital revenue.
• Ability to analyse information, solve problems and propose practical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build productive relationships.
• Comfort with using data to inform performance updates and decisions.

• Find and develop opportunities to expand online sales channels in international markets.
• Explore e-commerce marketplaces and assess their contribution to growth plans.
• Monitor market developments and customer habits to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee operation, performance and development of online selling platforms.
• Collaborate across teams to improve the website and online shopping experience.
• Introduce enhancements across e-commerce systems to enable growth.
• Support expansion of marketplace sales in UK, Europe and other markets.
• Coordinate new product introductions and promotional campaigns across digital channels.
• Track commercial and operational results using relevant metrics.
• Provide performance updates and practical recommendations to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, operations and product teams to implement online projects.
