The Stepstone Group Ireland Recruit Limited is seeking a Market Performance Manager to drive marketplace performance across Ireland and Belgium. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Pricing and Commercial teams to deliver the right candidates to customers while enabling sustainable growth and retention.

You will influence executives with insights, monitor trends, and communicate performance to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant Industry Experience in Marketplace, Ecommerce, Digital Trading, Performance Marketing or Product Performance environments.
• Strong Analytical Capability with ability to interpret datasets and identify trends.
• Commercial Mindset translating data into actionable business outcomes.
• Stakeholder Influence to build credibility across teams.
• Executive Communication Skills presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Structured, data-driven Problem-Solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and communicate marketplace health and performance across KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities, risks and optimisation potential through data analysis and market intelligence.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Pricing and Commercial stakeholders to improve outcomes.
• Turn trends into actionable recommendations influencing strategy and investments.
• Present performance trends and opportunities to senior leaders.
• Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to support strategy.
