Job summary

Choice Stores seeks an experienced E-commerce Manager to own and grow our online sales channels. You’ll deliver a seamless, high-converting customer journey, working closely with Marketing and Business Systems to maximise campaigns, products, and promotions.

Leveraging AI-driven tools, performance marketing, and data analytics, you’ll drive improvements in conversion rate and average order value while tracking KPIs and ROAS for senior management. This is an on-site role at Ashbourne, Co. Meath.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing online sales channels and paid digital campaigns.
• Strong analytics to track KPIs, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content, CRO, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise online store operations, product listings, pricing and promotions.
• Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, Shopping) with ROI accountability.
• Develop landing pages and category pushes; ensure campaigns are brand-aligned.
• Deploy AI tools for content, SEO, dynamic pricing, and personalised recs.
• Track online KPIs and report insights to leadership.
