HomeSecure Limited in Ireland is seeking a proactive Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot alarm and security systems for residential and commercial clients. You’ll work autonomously, manage your schedule, and be rewarded with a base salary plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in alarm system installation.
• Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude.
• Sales experience is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting alarm and security systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Providing excellent customer service by ensuring each system is installed to the highest standard.
• Ensuring targets/KPIs are hit in respect of your role.
• Educating clients on system usage and safety features.
• Managing your schedule effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines.
