Job summary

Musgrave Group Plc in Dublin is seeking a Duty Manager for Donnybrook Fair Donnybrook to support the Senior Management team and oversee daily store operations. You will lead a team, handle administrative tasks and maintain high standards of service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' managerial experience, be familiar with till procedures (opening/closing), and be flexible for full-time hours. A proactive leader with excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar managerial role.
• Passionate about good food.
• Familiar with all till procedures, including closing and opening till.
• Previous Key Holder is an advantage.
• Able to follow guidance from senior management.
• Good leadership skills and confident in guiding/teaching colleagues on the floor.
• Fully flexible and available for full-time work.

• Responsible for overall day to day store operations

• Responsible for store presentation
• Providing excellent customer service and assistance at all areas of the shop
• Working as part of a team
• Remaining vigilant at all times
• Be knowledgeable and comply with all legislation in relation to Food, Health and Safety and Underage sales.
• Ensuring excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times
• Stocking of shelves and replenishing of stock as required
• Other duties as required by the Shop Management
