The candidate will mentor staff, manage stock, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or Team Leader role.
• Experience working within a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
