Job summary

Clancy`s Centra Loughville in Ennis, Co. Clare, is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure the store runs efficiently, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a fresh food offering in a clean, safe environment.

You will drive store targets through people leadership and operations management. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a management role, strong Excel/Word skills, cash handling experience, and a passion for grocery retail.

About The Locality

As Duty Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager and management team to support the day-to-day operation of the store, lead the team during your shift, maintain excellent customer service and store standards, and help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, working with people and being actively involved in the operation of the store. You will play an important role in supporting colleagues, coordinating daily activities, dealing confidently with customer queries and ensuring that the store is presented and operated to a high standard.
