Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing SaaS, B2B, or B2C role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Comfort with learning new products quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding: guide new customers through setup and integration.
• Product adoption: champion usage to boost retention and value.
• Consultative guidance: host meetings to tailor advice.
• Project management: manage multiple onboarding projects with timelines.
• Issue resolution: triage and escalate bugs with internal teams.
• Relationship building: foster trust and identify upsell opportunities.
• Internal collaboration: partner with Sales, Growth, CS, Product.
• Knowledge sharing: support onboarding team members and docs.
