Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads through research across channels.
• Conduct outbound calls and educate prospects about EOR services.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Qualify leads and gather key information for fit.
• Collaborate with sales to develop lead generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities and prospects.
• Provide feedback to marketing on campaigns and opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends to position services effectively.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
