Job summary

Google LLC in Ireland is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coach a high‑performing Dutch SMB sales team in the Netherlands market. You will guide relationships with small businesses, engage advertisers, and deliver measurable digital advertising solutions that grow their businesses.

In this role you’ll set objectives with the sales leadership team, roll up your sleeves, and partner directly with clients to provide full service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
Experience in a people management role leading sales teams in the Netherlands market.

Responsibilities

Recruit, retain, motivate, and develop a client-facing and high-performing sales team for the Netherlands market.
Deliver against ambitious business and product goals, grow engagement, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small businesses in an assigned market.
Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop plans for customers while tracking activity.
Provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent CRM tracking.
Model and coach sales behaviors, including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and selling.
Ensure team readiness to deliver advertising solutions and create a culture of sales innovation and advertiser success.
