Job summary

Edward Dillon & Co. Ltd. invites applications for a Regional Sales role covering the greater Dublin on-trade. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and work to achieve sales, volume targets and broaden brand penetration across the territory.

We seek a driven professional with a proactive approach to account management, brand activation, and customer relationship development. A full clean driving licence and a company car or car scheme are provided, with an immediate start on offer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve all targets and objectives within territory.
• Manage and plan territory to achieve maximum results.
• Implementation of specific brand activities in outlet as part of quarterly KPI's.
• Develop and implement annual business plan for key accounts, using agreed format.
• Monitor and evaluate customer and area performance against business plan, make appropriate changes where required.
• Develop, present and agree customer / event / product specific proposals.
• Develop and implement new customer acquisition plan, using agreed format.
• Develop, manage and grow relationships with Wholesalers, as required.
• Complete all required administration to agreed deadlines.
• Use sales support technology in an effective manner.
• Report on and make recommendations on response to competitor activities.
• Ensure all current and relevant POS materials, Price Lists and Brand Catalogues are available for every call.
• Be available to carry out special projects in line with Company/Corporate Development Plans.
• Full responsibility for use, recording and pay-back generating from Territory Budgets.
