Richmond Marketing is seeking a Business Developer for the North West/Midlands region in Ireland. You will drive growth in the On-trade channel, promoting premium products and building strong relationships with customers.

The role requires proven sales performance, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and a clean driving licence. You will collaborate with sales, telesales and marketing teams to maximise visibility and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' On-Trade sales experience.
• Full clean driving licence; eligible to drive in the Island of Ireland.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively market & promote Richmond’s portfolio within the licensed trade.
• Build direct & indirect route to market to achieve targets.
• Execute promotions and visibility within the trade.
• Be aware of competitor and industry updates; report findings.
• Deliver high standards of credit management across customer base.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures; maintain professional conduct.
• Collaborate with On-Trade Sales Manager, Head of On-Trade, Telesales and marketing teams.
