Job summary

Access Healthcare in Dublin is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to own a broad range of operations and strategic initiatives. You will lead a team of about 10 across Learning & Development, HR, IT, Software Applications, Marketing and Business Support.

Reporting to the Director, you will mentor teams across Dublin, Porto, and Ahmedabad, identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of operating, and ensure the business runs smoothly as it grows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ~10 across multiple functions.
• Drive business improvement and strategic initiatives, coordinating projects and enhancing collaboration.
• Oversee technology and business systems, including IT roadmap and vendors.
• Manage operations and infrastructure including facilities and outsourced partners.
• Oversee HR, L&D, marketing, website, and business support functions.
• Manage risk and governance, including privacy, contracts, insurance, and legal matters.
