Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland seeks an Operations Business Unit Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain in Dublin, overseeing field technicians, customer service and warehousing to deliver safe, compliant patient care.

You will drive KPI-led performance, align resources with market demand, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure financial and clinical objectives are met, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of management experience in private healthcare.
• Experience leading remote field teams and office-based staff.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and healthcare logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to a multidisciplinary team across field technicians, customer service, and warehousing.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely installation, maintenance and safety compliance.
• Drive KPI-focused performance, identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
