Job summary

Pivotal Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Contracts Manager for a Dublin-based role to lead the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget performance with quality and safety standards. You will manage the full contract lifecycle, coordinate site teams and liaise with the QS and health & safety teams to drive commercial results and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within construction.
Strong knowledge of main contractor construction.
Experience managing construction projects through full lifecycle.
Excellent understanding of contracts, programming, and cost control.

Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery and smooth running of projects.
Manage projects through the full contract lifecycle.
Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to specification.
Work closely with the Quantity Surveying team on all financial and commercial aspects.
Liaise with the Health & Safety team to ensure compliance across all projects.
Monitor subcontractor compliance with relevant Health & Safety procedures.
