Careeriser is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager for a central Dublin assignment with a Tier 1 main contractor background. The role requires leading delivery teams, ensuring programmes and budgets are met, and close collaboration with design teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Contracts Manager delivering large-scale new build projects.
Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience.
Experience with a main building contractor is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage project delivery teams with full responsibility for all construction activities.
Deliver projects in line with agreed programmes and budgets, maintaining understanding of project plans and cost controls.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure seamless design development and installation.
Champion health and safety culture and compliance with company standards.
Drive continuous improvement across project teams with best practices and efficiencies.
Manage project resourcing to ensure teams have required skills and leadership.
Develop, retain and identify future talent to support project requirements.
