Job summary

Property Finder is seeking a senior leader to own the paid and digital acquisition strategy across the Middle East and North Africa. Reporting to the CMO, you will shape the vision for search, social, display, video and emerging channels, delivering measurable growth in leads, customers and revenue.

You will build and lead a 5+ person marketing team, manage a multi-million-dollar paid media budget end-to-end, and partner with Creative, Brand, Product and Analytics to align paid performance with

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leader with 10+ years in paid/digital marketing.
• 3+ years leading and scaling a performance marketing function at senior level.
• Degree in Marketing/Business; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own paid and digital strategy end-to-end across markets.
• Lead a 5+ person marketing team with a culture of ownership.
• Set and manage a multi-million-dollar paid media budget.
• Forecast, report, and optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Product and Analytics teams.
• Implement test-and-learn with structured A/B and multivariate tests.
• Maintain a future-facing view on platforms and privacy shifts.
• Represent paid/digital priorities in leadership discussions.
