Okta is seeking a strategic EMEA Digital Media Manager to own regional paid media strategy across the UKI, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and other growth regions. You will translate global marketing strategy into market-specific plans, manage regional budgets, and drive pipeline and revenue outcomes with data-backed decisions.

Qualifications

• Strategic, data-driven approach to regional digital media strategy.
• Proven ability to translate global strategy into regional plans and investments.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations.
• Experience managing digital programs across multiple European markets.
• Deep knowledge of paid media across search, social, programmatic, and ABM/ABX.
• Ability to measure and optimize toward pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Fluency in English; additional European language is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Own EMEA digital media strategy and regional investment across markets.
• Lead full-funnel digital acquisition programs and maximize pipeline impact.
• Optimize media mix, audiences, and creative based on performance signals.
• Collaborate with Global Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Sales
• Pilot AI/automation initiatives for localization, testing, and ops.
• Manage regional agencies and ensure brand standards and localization.
• Report performance, insights, and recommended shifts to leadership.
