Job summary

Property Finder is seeking an AI Strategist to lead end-to-end AI engagements with top clients in the MENA region. You will define impactful use cases, oversee deployment by forward-deployed engineers, and ensure adoption and measurable value.

The role requires 6–9 years in client-facing or consulting roles and strong SQL/data skills. This is a client-facing, business-minded position comparable to an Engagement Manager at leading tech firms.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in client-facing roles or management consulting.
• Experience leading multi-month engagements with a team of 2–5 members.
• Hands-on with AI: scoped or shipped LLM-based tools.
• Strong analytical and data skills including SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Commercial judgment and ability to explain ROI to clients.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client owners and senior leadership; manage solutions alongside account teams.
• Run discovery to map client processes and identify AI opportunities with measurable impact.
• Define and prioritise use cases with business cases, targets, and success criteria.
• Own engagement plan, backlog, and milestones; unblock engineers and align with client decisions.
• Move solutions from prototype to production, train client teams, and drive adoption.
• Measure impact using analytics and report outcomes to client leadership.
• Create reusable assets like playbooks and templates to scale successful engagements.
