Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Dublin 2 is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to lead client-embedded AI delivery. You will design, build, and deploy enterprise AI systems within regulated environments, translating business needs into scalable solutions.

The role blends hands-on engineering with consulting delivery, requiring strong communication with partners and stakeholders, and capability to guide complex AI programs from concept through production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of AI/ML engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Advanced LLM/RAG engineering including prompt pipelines and embeddings.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, GCP or AWS).
• Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in a client-facing consulting or solutions role.

Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguous business problems into concrete AI solutions with client collaboration.
• Define MVP scope, data requirements, and evaluation criteria.
• Build prototypes using LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning and agents.
• Design AI architectures with data ingestion, embeddings, vector stores, and model tuning.
• Deploy AI solutions into cloud, hybrid, or on-prem environments.
• Provide technical training and support to client teams.
