O’Callaghan Collection is seeking a commercially driven Revenue Manager to join our central Revenue team in Dublin. You will influence pricing, inventory and market strategy across four hotels and work with senior leaders to translate revenue strategy into actionable actions.

The role emphasizes forward-looking performance analysis, collaboration with hotel operations, and embedding AI-driven tools into forecasting and decision-making.

• Proven hotel revenue management experience in multi-property settings.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Understanding of forecasting, pricing, segmentation and distribution.

Responsabilidades

• Implement revenue and distribution strategy across four Dublin hotels.
• Analyse performance, demand and market conditions to identify actions.
• Optimise pricing, inventory, segmentation and distribution for profitability.
• Provide accurate forecasts and meaningful commercial insights.
• Collaborate across Revenue, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and operations.
• Support evolution of revenue systems and AI-enabled tools.
