Job summary

Focus Ireland in Dublin is seeking an Individual Giving Executive to support a busy programme of annual appeals, newsletters and donor journeys. You will work closely with the Individual Giving team and cross-functionally with Brand, Digital and Supporter Services to source authentic stories from Focus Ireland services.

You will help deliver direct marketing campaigns, manage data and segmentation, and assist with EDMS using Dot Digital, contributing to multi-channel campaigns including

Qualifications

• One year experience in fundraising or direct marketing.
• Experience with CRM systems and data, including audience selection and segmentation.
• Demonstrated time and project management skills.
• Ability to develop internal relationships across a complex organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrates empathy with Focus Ireland customers and staff.
• Embodies Focus Ireland’s values of Dignity, Quality, Empowerment and Social Justice.

Responsibilities

• Support production and delivery of direct marketing appeals and newsletters, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist printing of direct marketing materials and sourcing quotes.
• Support EDM series delivery, copy, data management, and segmentation using Dot Digital and CRM tools.
• Assist with database management and related tasks.
• Coordinate administrative tasks with Donor Care and CRM teams.
• Develop content from services through interviews with customers and staff.
• Visit Focus Ireland services to gather relevant information for the IG team.
• Assist with multi-channel Christmas campaign implementation.
• Support IG Manager and team with various initiatives as required.
• Collaborate with fundraising teams and external agencies to build relationships.
