Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Document Controller to manage the project Document Management System and Digital Field Tool, implementing the Information Management (IM) strategy and providing training to project teams.

The role ensures documentation is received, classified, verified, and distributed in line with DPD procedures and ISO 19650/ BS 1192 / PAS 1192 standards, supporting project delivery across Ireland and the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience handling large volumes of project data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Validate, check, and curate all incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring proper receipt, classification, verification, registration, distribution, and retrieval.
