Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd. seeks a proactive Document Controller to manage the project Document Management System and Digital Field Tool, aligning with ISO 19650, BS 1192 and PAS 1192 standards.

You will train teams, support end users, and ensure compliant documentation workflows across projects in Ireland and beyond. Qualifications

• Experience handling large volumes of project data and documentation.
• Ability to educate and train stakeholders on DPD protocols.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams and supply chain partners.

Responsibilities

• Validate, check, and curate all incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring proper receipt, classification, verification, registration, distribution, and retrieval.
• Establish and maintain central site files, uncontrolled drawings, registers, and collate Operation & Maintenance, Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, and BCAR files.
• Configure and implement change control processes within the CDE.
• Prepare and configure distribution matrices, status reports, and workflows for sample submissions, TQs, RFIs, and other reportable data in compliance with project requirements.
• Attend project meetings to engage with the project team and stakeholders on documentation and IM matters.
