Job summary

Wallace Myers International seeks a proficient Document Controller/BCAR Administrator to support civil and structural engineering projects in Cork City. You will manage project documentation, maintain registers, and coordinate submissions to clients, contractors and design teams.

The role requires experience with ArctechPro, SitePal, BCMS and Microsoft 365, with familiarity in BCAR and Irish Building Control processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control and project office administration.
• Knowledge of Building Control (BCAR) and Irish Building Control processes.
• Proficiency with ArctechPro, SitePal and BCMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, drawings, reports and correspondence.
• Maintain document and drawing registers, revision control and filing systems.
• Issue and track project documents to clients, contractors and design teams.
• Ensure project information is accurately stored and retrievable.
• Support engineers with project administration and document submissions.
• Maintain electronic document management systems and project databases.
