Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a leading cloud technology business to hire a Director of Product-Led Growth based in Ireland. You will own the PLG revenue engine, from signup to paid conversion, expansion, and retention, across global markets.

You will work across Marketing, Product, Engineering and Sales to translate complex cloud capabilities into intuitive experiences. You will establish data-driven growth strategies, optimize the customer journey, and unlock new monetization opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in PLG growth for SaaS or cloud platforms.
• Own revenue targets including ARR growth, freemium-to-paid conversion and retention.
• Translate complex products into accessible self‑service experiences.
• Lead growth initiatives across Marketing, Product, Engineering and Sales.
• Advanced analytics: funnel optimization, activation, conversion, retention.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and developer workflows.
• Experience in international, remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the PLG growth strategy with ARR accountability.
• Develop scalable growth programs and set revenue targets across markets.
• Align Marketing, Product, Engineering and Sales to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Identify monetization opportunities and improve onboarding and self-service funnels.
• Refine the user experience to boost activation, conversion and expansion.
• Establish metrics, test hypotheses, and drive data-driven growth.
• Collaborate with product leaders on platform capabilities and AI-enabled dev workflows.
