  • Hold regular communication meetings, foster community links, and support initiatives that promote the Home’s profile.
  • Manage the complaints process with documentation, investigation, and resolution.
  • Implement Health & Safety and fire-safety procedures, hygiene, HACCP, and preventive maintenance.
  • Participate in recruitment, selection, and training needs analysis for workforce planning.
  • Ensure HR policies align with employment legislation and verify NMBI registration.

Registered on the appropriate division of the NMBI live register.

Demonstrated track record in clinical and healthcare management.

Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.

Effective decision-making abilities with a results-focused approach.
