You will oversee admissions, staffing, budgets, and quality improvement initiatives, while supporting families and staff through change, CPD, and professional development in a patient‑centred environment.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse on the NMBI Register.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience nursing older persons in the previous 6 years.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in a health or social care setting.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD).
• Able to obtain Garda clearance and provide satisfactory references.
• EU/EEA citizenship or unrestricted right to work in Ireland.
• Postgraduate qualification, or willingness to undertake a qualification, in Nursing Management, Gerontology, Healthcare Leadership or Healthcare Management.
• Post-registration qualification in Dementia Care or Gerontology.
