The DON will lead overall operations, ensure HIQA compliance, and drive quality, safety and resident satisfaction within a supportive senior leadership team.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration.
• Significant experience in senior nursing leadership and management roles.
• Experience as DON or PIC in residential care desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and Irish healthcare regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive service excellence.
