Job summary

We are hiring a Director of Nursing for a Nursing Home in Co.Tipperary to lead overall operations and uphold the highest standards of resident care.

The successful candidate will drive clinical governance, HIQA compliance, staff mentoring, and service excellence while collaborating with families and external partners to deliver

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration
• Significant experience in senior nursing leadership and management roles
• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) and/or PIC in a residential care setting is desirable
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and Irish healthcare regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive service excellence
