  • Implement health & safety procedures, HACCP standards and hygiene controls.
  • Participate in recruitment and training-needs analysis for workforce planning.
  • Ensure HR policies align with legislation and RN registration on NMBI.

  • Participate in recruitment, selection, and training-needs analysis to support effective workforce planning.
  • Ensure all HR policies align with employment legislation and verify that all registered nurses remain on the current NMBI Register.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with at least 3 years’ experience in the past 6 years in older adult care.
  • Holds a post-registration management qualification in health or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ management experience within the health or social care sector.
  • Registered on the appropriate division of the NMBI live register.
  • Demonstrated track record in clinical and healthcare management.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
  • Effective decision-making abilities with a results-focused approach.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes and budget considerations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and work independently.
  • Strong team player with flexibility to adapt to organisational needs.
