RecruitNet International Ltd is hiring a Director of Nursing for a Nursing Home in Co. Dublin. You will lead overall operations, ensure HIQA compliance, and drive clinical governance and resident safety.

We seek a Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration and significant senior nursing leadership experience. DON/PIC experience is desirable, with a focus on person-centred care and staff development.
