Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Demand & Field Marketing for the EMEA region to lead scaled prospect programs and drive new business pipeline.

You will translate audience needs into messaging, content requirements and integrated campaign blueprints that country teams can localise and execute. Reporting to the Senior Director, Demand & Field Marketing, this role collaborates with Product-Led Growth, HQ marketing, Sales Development, and regional marketers to improve traffic,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, cloud technology, demand generation, field marketing or a related leadership role.
• Experience designing end-to-end new-logo or prospect acquisition programs across multiple channels.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning and operating rhythms with insight gathering and performance follow-up.
• Experience partnering with Sales Development, Market Development, Sales Leaders and Product Marketing to drive pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA NewCo marketing strategy, quarterly plans and program roadmap across Sales-Led, PLG and partner motions.
• Lead the NewCo Big Rock initiative and build integrated program blueprints across email, in-product communications, webinars, events, paid media, content and outbound programs.
• Translate personas and buying triggers into differentiated messaging and content requirements, while shaping SEO, GEO and AIO priorities.
• Establish operating partnerships with SDR leadership and key stakeholder teams to align KPIs, SLAs, follow-up, and customer journeys.
• Work with UKI, France and DACH marketers to localise programs and manage regional portfolio with clear actions and risks.
• Identify and optimise levers that generate pipeline and run monthly NewCo business reviews covering traffic, engagement, meetings and pipeline GNACV.
