Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Director of Demand & Field Marketing - NewCo, EMEA, to own the regional strategy for scaled prospect programs that accelerate new business pipeline. You will translate prospects' needs into audience strategies and integrated campaign blueprints that country teams can localise and execute, partnering with product, HQ marketing and regional teams.

This individual contributor role reports to the Senior Director, Demand & Field Marketing, with responsibilities spanning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, cloud technology, demand generation, field marketing or a related leadership role.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end new-logo or prospect acquisition programs across multiple channels.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning and operating rhythms with accountability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA NewCo marketing strategy, quarterly plans and program roadmap across motions.
• Lead the NewCo initiative with integrated programs spanning email, webinars, events, paid media, content and outbound campaigns.
• Translate personas, buying triggers and objections into messaging and content requirements; shape SEO and GEO priorities.
• Establish partnerships with SDR, HQ Marketing, Product Marketing and regional teams to align KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with UKI, France and DACH marketers to localize programs and manage regional portfolio.
• Run monthly NewCo business reviews covering traffic, engagement, meetings, pipeline and ROI.
