Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Director of Product Management, Agentic Orchestration, to turn validated architecture into shipped product. You will lead through ambiguity, align engineering, design, and partner teams, and own the orchestration capabilities from concept to production.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, define sequencing decisions, and ensure measurable customer outcomes while growing into people management as the Galway team expands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, AI-powered software, or complex distributed systems.
• Proven experience taking a technically complex, multi-team product from architecture through to shipped, production use.
• Director-level leadership experience or equivalent with ability to grow into people management as the team scales.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate across functions you don’t manage.
• Clear, direct communicator who drives a project forward and keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Skilled at navigating technical, business, and team-priority tradeoffs.
• Comfortable running workshops with a range of stakeholders—technical and non-technical, internal and executive.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Leadership: set direction and drive alignment across teams without formal authority.
• Own Product Execution: define sequencing and scope for orchestration capabilities moving to shipped product.
• Partner with Engineering: translate product requirements into buildable specifications and evaluate architecture tradeoffs.
• Deliver Measurable Outcomes: define success metrics and build telemetry into major initiatives.
