Genesys is seeking a Director of Product Management for Agentic Orchestration in Ireland. The role leads execution from architecture to shipped product, balancing engineering constraints with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, AI-powered software, or complex distributed systems.
• Proven leadership at Director level or equivalent with ability to grow into people management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agentic AI, event-driven architectures, and orchestration of multi-system workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Agentic Orchestration.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product to deliver complex capabilities.
• Partner with engineering leadership to assess architecture and tradeoffs.
• Define success metrics, telemetry, and validation for major initiatives.
