Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for Platform Foundations experiences (API usage, storage, config management, self-service tooling).
• Lead evolution of customer-facing self-service experiences to improve transparency and reduce manual work.
• Build AI-powered operational guidance and scalable platform experiences.
• Drive CI/CD deployment workflows, configuration-as-code, and platform governance.
