Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Director of Product Management for Agentic Orchestration in Ireland. You will own the detailed product decisions from validated architecture to shipped capability, working closely with engineering, design, and leadership to align on complex tradeoffs and delivery milestones.

The role offers remote work from anywhere in Ireland with regular visits to the Galway office, and a clear path to people management as the Galway team expands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, AI-powered software, or complex distributed systems.
• Proven leadership at Director level or equivalent with success guiding teams, projects, or initiatives.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity without formal authority.
• High emotional intelligence and cross-functional collaboration across non-managed teams.
• Clear, direct communicator who drives a project forward and aligns stakeholders.
• Skilled at navigating technical, business, and team-priority tradeoffs.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and agentic AI systems.
• Familiarity with customer service, CX, or engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and own detailed product specifications for orchestration capabilities from architecture to shipped product.
• Sequence and scope decisions for complex, multi-system designs against engineering constraints.
• Partner with engineering, design, and adjacent product teams to progress initiatives.
• Communicate status, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior leadership for timely decisions.
• Establish product practices suited to building agentic, AI-driven systems.
• Define success metrics for orchestration performance, journey resolution, and outcomes.
• Deliver a clear, sequenced execution plan with real-world delivery against it.
