Job summary

Genesys is seeking a senior product leader to shape Platform Foundations in Genesys Cloud from Galway. You will define and execute the roadmap for API visibility, platform governance, storage transparency, and CI/CD workflows, working with engineering, UX, and customer teams to deliver enterprise-ready experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or large-scale B2B products.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical products across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with customer insights and business objectives.
• Ability to lead initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Passion for intuitive administrative experiences that improve customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for Platform Foundations experiences across API usage, platform limits, storage reporting, configuration management, self-service tooling, and operational controls.
• Lead the evolution of customer-facing self-service experiences that improve transparency and reduce manual intervention.
• Build intelligent platform experiences to identify inefficient usage patterns, prevent disruptions, and optimize platform consumption.
• Develop AI-powered operational guidance to automate routine actions and improve system efficiency.
• Drive API usage visibility, reporting, standards, and change management for safe, scalable deployment.
