Job summary

The CCPC is seeking a talented Business Analyst at Higher Executive Officer level to join the Digital Solutions Unit. You will identify business needs, map requirements and support ICT initiatives across the organisation, reporting to the Head of Digital Solutions.

The successful candidate will have NFQ Level 7 (or equivalent) with several years of business analysis experience, or 4+ years with Level 6 or a recognised BA certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and process improvement.
• Evidence of gathering requirements and documenting solutions.
• Experience evaluating digital solutions and AI capabilities.
• Competence with Microsoft enterprise technologies.
• Ability to work with stakeholders, suppliers and project teams.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, privacy and security considerations.
• Experience delivering digital projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs, gather and manage requirements, analyse processes and design practical solutions.
• Support the full lifecycle of digital initiatives from design through deployment and adoption.
• Analyse and support Microsoft technologies and enterprise platforms.
• Evaluate digital opportunities and AI capabilities to improve services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, ICT teams and suppliers to deliver projects.
• Support training, communications and user adoption for new solutions.
• Contribute to the delivery of CCPC objectives and digital strategy.
