Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services.
• Investment or wealth management experience is desirable.
• Experience supporting digital propositions and transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Review existing advice journeys and customer touchpoints.
• Support design of future-state digital customer journeys.
• Facilitate workshops with Subject Matter Experts across business units.
