Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland is seeking a Dublin-based Business Analyst to join their technology team on a daily rate contract. The role offers a hybrid working basis and a strong platform for progression within a well-regarded firm.

You will lead analysis across digital initiatives, facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders, document requirements, and help shape business and IT migration or integration projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Good knowledge of Waterfall and Agile ceremonies.
• Excellent communication skills with experience facilitating workshops with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to influence business and technical owners.
• Strong documentation skills with capacity to present facts (business requirements/scope statements, epics and user stories).
• Experience in managing 3rd party vendors and handling issues.
• Strong commercial/product strategy awareness in a commercial setting.
• Enthusiastic team member who works well in a team environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Well organized and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage analysis activities on various digital projects and business initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with Product and Business Owners to understand goals and targets.
• Deal with issues/blockers that hinder timely work in line with project timelines.
• Contribute and collaborate on ways to improve the team and working methods.
• Identify gaps and raise processes or solutions to issues.
• Gather and document business/technology requirements and create scope statements.
• Experience on IT migrations or integration projects with data analyses and mapping.
• Coordinate activities within a project (not full PM) as needed.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, can-do attitude.
