• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital, ecommerce, retail, or product-led organisation.
• Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis, and translating needs into practical technology solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Product Managers, UX teams, and Engineers to deliver solutions with measurable value.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT.
