Odyssey Social Care is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team in Ireland. You will deliver business systems, automation, and digital improvement initiatives across the organisation, reporting to the Head of IT.

This hands-on role combines business analysis, system configuration, and vendor management to optimise processes. You will gather requirements, configure solutions, and lead projects from concept to implementation, while ensuring governance, data protection, and IT

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience delivering business systems, digital improvement or automation projects.
• Hands-on experience configuring business applications, workflows, or low-code/no-code solutions.
• Experience working with third-party technology vendors and service providers.
• Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve ways of working.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into practical system and reporting solutions.
• Lead business systems, digital improvement, and automation projects from requirements through to implementation.
• Configure and maintain business applications, workflows, forms, and low-code/no-code automations.
• Investigate and resolve complex system issues, working closely with technology partners and vendors.
• Support governance, data protection, IT security, and continuous improvement initiatives.
