You will gather insights from journeys and data, facilitate discovery sessions, and translate findings into actionable user stories and specs. This role emphasizes delivering measurable value in a fast-paced, product-led environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a digital, eCommerce, retail, or product-led organisation.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, workflow mapping, and translating complex business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Experience working within Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering teams to deliver iterative improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and build relationships across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data and insights to support decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills for conveying requirements and recommendations.
• Experience working with digital platforms or retail technology solutions with a focus on customer experience and business value.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand processes and identify opportunities for digital improvement.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Product Managers, UX teams, and Engineers to ensure delivery meets expectations and delivers value.
• Analyse customer journeys and data to identify trends and opportunities to enhance the digital experience.
• Support Agile delivery teams with backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and post-implementation reviews.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights to inform decisions.
