Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking a Design Manager to oversee design and technical coordination for Dublin-based projects. You will manage coordination of architectural and engineering information with site and project teams to ensure designs align with programme.

The role requires a Degree/Higher Diploma in Architecture with 8+ years post-qualification experience and experience in mixed-use residential led schemes, including developer/contractor exposure.

Our client is a leading main contractor with an established reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Ireland. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Design Manager to oversee the design and technical coordination of Dublin-based projects.

The successful candidate will manage the coordination of architectural and engineering information, working closely with the site and project teams to ensure designs are delivered in line with the programme. They will coordinate M&E, utilities and services, while managing technical queries and ensuring all required information is received and actioned within the required timeframes.

They will also manage the technical submittal process, maintain information and procurement tracking schedules, and work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors and utility providers to ensure the project progresses efficiently and to programme.
