Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking a Design Manager to oversee design and technical coordination for Dublin-based projects. You will manage coordination of architectural and engineering information with site and project teams to ensure designs align with programme.

The role requires a Degree/Higher Diploma in Architecture with 8+ years post-qualification experience and experience in mixed-use residential led schemes, including developer/contractor exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• 8+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in design and detailing of mixed-use residential led schemes.
• Previous developer/contractor experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and technical coordination of Dublin-based projects.
• Coordinate architectural and engineering information with site and project teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate M&E, utilities and services, managing technical queries and information flow.
