Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is recruiting a Design Coordinator for a landmark residential development in North Dublin. The role reports to the Design Manager on site and focuses on coordinating design information among consultants and subcontractors.

You will help track releases, check for discrepancies with drawings, and assist in meetings while supporting CDM and safety input at the design stage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Building Services, Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline (or working towards).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

A Tier 1 Main Contractor is currently growing its design team for a landmark residential development in North Dublin. This is a strong opportunity for a Design Coordinator with a residential background to join a high-profile scheme at an exciting stage of delivery. The successful candidate will report directly to the Design Manager on site.
