Job summary

Sunbeam House Services in Bray & Wicklow Town is seeking a Deputy Service Manager to support the day-to-day operation of Eolas & The Pod Day Services. You will work with the PIC to ensure HIQA standards, safeguarding, governance and high-quality supports for adults with intellectual disabilities.

You will lead and develop staff, oversee quality and compliance processes, and champion person-centred practice across the service, promoting inclusion and meaningful community participation.

Qualifications

• Frontline social care professional with leadership and quality service experience.
• Ability to drive person-centred practice and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of the service with the PIC.
• Lead teams, support staff development, and oversee quality and compliance processes.
• Champion person-centred practice and ensure HIQA standards are met.
