Job summary

Sunbeam House Services is seeking a proactive Person in Charge to lead the Day Services in North Wicklow (Bray). The role focuses on delivering person-centred supports to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism, guiding a dedicated team, and driving quality outcomes within the community.

As PIC, you will empower individuals to achieve personal goals, strengthen independence and foster meaningful community participation, while upholding professional standards and collaborative

Qualifications

• CORU registration or eligibility to register as Social Care Worker is required.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to person-centred, rights-based approaches.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Are you an experienced Social Care professional with a passion for leadership and person-centred services?

We are now seeking an exceptional Person in Charge (PIC) to lead our Day Services team in North Wicklow and help shape positive outcomes for the people we support every day.

About the Role

As Person in Charge, you will provide leadership, guidance and oversight to a vibrant day service supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.

You will play a key role in creating an environment where individuals are empowered to achieve their personal goals, develop independence, and participate fully in their communities.
